Lisa's Story
California is my home and has been since 1983. I Love it. My husband & I met in the army at Fort Ord California. We have a son & 2 daughters all grown and on their own. They are the biggest success story for me. We also have a grandson that is now 3 and a granddaughter on the way. New adjustments when the kids are gone and on their own. ving in California as a State Employee, that means you work for free and get taken for granted. I am definately not the same person I was in High School. THANK GOD! The Army has a lot to do with that. That was one of the best decisions I made. It really made me pull myself together and learn to be self reliant and independent. It also gave me self confidence, that it may be tough, but I have everything I need to get through it. Well, thats enough. What about you? I would love to hear from the class of 82.
