Lisa's Story

Workplace I have been working for the Cleveland National Forest since 1992. I spent three years on a hotshot crew, Laguna Hot Shots, as a crew member. been assigned to dispatch ever since. I was promoted to Batallion Chief in dispatch in August of 2003. I am the floor supervisor in an interagency dispatch center. We handle fire and law enforcement calls. I love what I do, and can't imagine doing anything else. There are no dull moments in dispatch.
