Lisa's Story
I married a wonderful patient and generous man, Steve Aycock in September 1980. I graduated from UC Davis in 1980, and Steve and I got married soon after. We have 2 grown children. Michael is 28 years old, married to Sara, a father to a fabulous baby boy Riley, and is in HR for Marin County. Stephanie is 26, and supports establishing medical pain management event trainings.
I spent 19.5 years working at Lockheed Martin in Facilities Planning, and worked at Cisco Systems for 11 1/2 years doing facility planning and as a Program Manager responsible for facility related application development, and working with the facilities organization and IT. I accepted a early retirement package offered by Cisco. I will enjoy my summer and slowly look for another position.
We recently sold our home in Fremont where we lived for 23 years and raised our children. We had a 2nd home in Napa for 9 years, which has now become our only home. Since Steve works in Souh San Jose, we live with my father in Saratoga during the weekdays, in the house I lived in growing up.
Steve is an Electrical Engineering Director in the Microclock division of Integrated Circuit Systems in South San Jose.
Life is good! We love to entertain... I love to cook. Our passion is doing home renovations, and enjoy time with family and friends.
