Lisa's Story

Although I graduated from Blue Mountain I only attended my Sr. year (1985). The day after graduation I boarded a plane for Alabama with plans to attend the University Of West Alabama. I have lived in Alabama since. I met my husband a short time after arriving (7/29/85). We've been married since 1986 and have 2 sons. The oldest, 2...Expand for more
0 yrs., is now a Jr. at UWA. Our youngest is 15. I'm a Graphic Artist (own/operate my own business) and I am also the secretary at one of the local schools (Grades K4-12th). My husband is retired Navy after serving 24 years and he's also the Director or Printing at UWA. He is a UWA Alumni and has been employed there for 26 years.
