Lissa's Story
Life
I am currently living in Tampa Florida and on September 3, I will be married for 12 years. My husband's name is Bill and we have 2 incredible boys who keep us very busy. Bill works for the Dept of Homeland Security and I work for the City of Tampa. We own two beautiful homes and enjoy spending our time among little league sports, horse shows, camping, traveling, cycling, and just plain relaxing whenever we get the time. Before moveing to Tampa I lived in Colorado where I graduated with a BS degree and still keep in touch with my freinds there. We visit often. Bill is a Florida boy born and raised. His family now lives in Orlando but we all still visit the condo on Cocoa Beach as often as we can. It is a quieter lifestyle there. Bill is also in the Army Reserves and he spent 18 months in Iraq. Our boys are Trey---91/2 yrs and Clayton---7yrs in November( he was born on Thanksgiving Day) The boys both do very well in school gifted programs. Bill and I still haven't figured out how we ended up with two very smart children since we were not such great students ourselves. Maybe it is one of God's little jokes!!! My brother is married and stationed in Chalestown SC with the Air Force and my parents live nearby us here in Tampa. Bill has two younger brothers and they also live in Orlando. The holidays are always a BIG production with our family. This year we are planning a trip to North Georgia to celebrate New Years. We have a time share there and enjoy the cool air. Its a nice break form all this heat.
