Life
I am still a Brooks. I completed my associate degree in Business Administration at Wingate University in 1972 and finally completed my undergraduate degree at Mt. Olive College in Business Administration in 1999. I began my career in local government finance in the Piedmont of North Carolina in the fall of 1972, and became Finance Director in the early 80's. government in North Carolina. I am now retired from local government, however I created my own consulting business in local government finance shortly after I retired. I have one grown, wonderful daughter (corporate trainer for large mortgage/investment company) and an amazing grandson (5 years old and has completely stolen my heart). Gracie, my Yorkie-poo and Nash, my adopted/rescued Chihuahua and Crosby, my new adopted/rescued Chihuahua, complete my family.
