Lois's Story
Life
I am married for 27 years to Bob. We have 3 daughters, Susan, Kimberly and Jennifer. We have 4 grandchildren:
Kyler - age 5
Bryce - age 4
Austin - age 3
Emily - age 18 months
I have lived in Florida since I was 16 years old. I was not happy about leaving Kearny, NJ where I grew up. I had a wonderful boyfriend, Eugene and fantastic friends. I went to Kearny High for 2 years, then Clearwater High in Florida for 2 years. It was a tough transition personally. I missed both my boyfriend and friends. I remained dating my boyfriend through 12th grade, then he went into the Navy and we broke up shortly after my graduation.
My family in Florida includes my dad, Ed and then my younger sister, Joan. I also have a sister, Natashia who lives in the Poconos in Pennsylvania.
School
My biggest crush was on Eugene DiMichelle, who I dated for 4 years. I hated having to move to Florida. He was a great guy and I loved his family! I went to his prom in Kearny High in New Jersey and we did go to m...Expand for more
y senior prom from Clearwater High School together and he wore his sailor uniform -- he looked so sexy! We grew so very close almost like brother & sister. He was a terrific guy. Later he was there for my family when my sister Kathy passed away and when my Mom passed away -- he was pole bearer for both times of sadness.
The teacher who inspired me the most was two, Mr. Davie & Mr. McGeehan, both from Franklin School Junior High. They were really great teachers with alot of understanding and patience of kids growing up.
Workplace
I currently work at Clearwater Yacht Club as the Office Manager. I enjoy my drive to work everyday along Clearwater Beach and Belleair Beach. It is very relaxing! I enjoy networking with all the interesting business people and members that I see daily. When I am not the Office Manager, during special occasions such as Jazz Night -- I am the Hostess.
I work part-time, Tuesday through Friday (we are closed on Monday). You can't beat having a 3-day weekend all the time.
