Lois's Story
I'm from Lubbock, Texas. I graduated from Coronado High School. I later attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a BA in English with a minor in Business. After graduating, I went to work for Petroware in Dallas, where I worked as a technical writer. I worked as a technical writer and copy editor until 1994, when I quit to raise my children. As my children got older, I began doing freelance/contract worki as a technical writer and/or copy editor. I have lived in the Dallas area since I moved here in 1984. Four wonderful children: Jessica, Lindsey, Colton, and Alaina. Married to Joseph Harker.

I am a stay-at-home mom with 4 kids. Jessica, 24, is married, and Lindsey, 18, Colton, 17 and Alaina, 9 all are still home (though Alaina is looking for an apartment :) ) They are my greatest earthly joy. I have been married to Joseph Harker for 24 years. We live in Lucas, Texas, which is a suburb of Dallas. We are members of The Harvest Church in Allen, Texas. We spend as much time as we can together and with extended family, most of which live in the Dallas area. We are blessed...".
