Londa's Story
Life
I have 2 grown daughters; 1 is in Navy Intelligence.
I have 1 grandson who was appropriately born on the 4th of July, since daughter and husband are in the Navy. He was born at Balboa Navy Hospital in San Diego and I cut his umbilical cord. I worked in DOI Scheduling, Rotary Wing, Army Aviation School at Fort Rucker, AL. I worked for Sears and Genesco Corp before working in X-Ray at Flowers Hospital.
I did college and community theatre (14 productions,
13 of which were musicals). I was Administrative Assistant to the V.P. at Ja-Be Distributors in Augusta, GA. I solved a 56 year old "Unsolved Mystery". Red Cross, its Disaster Team, The Thrifty Quaker and am a reasearcher for "Theregistry" to help Adoptees, B-Parents, and B-Siblings find their families. I now work for Walgreens and WSVS radio.
I would love to see Mrs. Buetner, becuase she inspired me. If I'm going to work somewhere, I
need to have faith, hope, and charity to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
Red Skelton was an influence. At the end of his TV show he would mention bringing laughter into your home. Takonis? Kala. Sinkateria.
I bred and trained dogs. One saved my life when I
was about 10 "All ya' need is love." The other saved me when I was about 26, "You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away, know when to run." Good Lora! Good Ginger!
