Teresa's Story

The day we walked was the day our family left to go to Colorado. I was going to attend University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo, CO and the rest of my family was headed to South Korea. Well I didn't make it the semester at college. It was too much fun not having my family around and having to report in so I goofed around that semester and ended up being sent to South Korea. The best thing ever happened to me. I absolutely loved it there and was working full-time. From South Korea, my family settled in Pueblo, Colorado but I wasn't ready to settle down yet so in 1992 I moved to Las Vegas, NV. I spent the best of my twenties being single in Las Vegas. Awesome time for me but I was missing family and being able to trust my friends ...Expand for more
so I moved back home in January 1997. In 2000 I gave birth to my son Dylan and my life hasn't been the same since. It has been wonderful, stressful, anxiety ridden but most of all blessed. I currently have an AAS degree in Office Administration and not sure if I want to continue with a BS in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration. Both are on hold while I get training done with AT&T. I will be a customer service rep for them. Other than being very busy being a single mom and trying to keep up house for my three cats who think they are the bosses, I try to get some reading, crafts, and sight seeing in my spare time. This summer my son and I have been busy with baseball and swimming. Well that is me in a nutshell ;o)
