I fell in love with the country and still live in Mexico today.
I eventually moved to Mexico City to work for a Coca- Cola bottler and then for Coca-cola. I was in Mexico City through the 1985 earthquake.
Then I worked for the American Chamber of Commerce where I met my husband. Before tying the knot, I was able to complete a Masters Degree in International Business management in Arizona. I returned to Mexico to get married and started a LONI career in advertising.

mother is Brazilian and his father is from Spain. Today we have three boys, two of which are tri- lingual.
I worked for Leo Burnett in Mexico and Latin America for almost 12 years. My last position at Leo was VP Client Service and Planning Director. I left Leo Burnett to become the Managing Director of a US brand consulting firm in Mexico. Now I am back in advertising.
I never touched a clarinet or piano again after highschool. However, I never lost the hunger of competition
During my time in Mexico I have had a car stolen, was held up on a road in the middle of nowhere by 14 armed men, I experienced a major earthquake, had my home robbed in broad daylight, I was held up in the street with gun to my chest, to mention some of my more dramatic experiences. Despite it all, I love Mexico and have no plans to move back to the states.
