Loraine's Story

Life Hi guys! Well, I'll try to make this brief. I've been living in Gods country, Boise, Idaho since 1979. Breathing clean air and drinking clean water fishing, hunting and raising 2 boys. Been married twice and divorced twice,(thank the Lord) , never made it past 2 years with either and have a son from each marriage. My oldest, Steven Roger Bartholmew Sigler is 22 and being a flake, can't seem to find his calling yet, and my youngest, Kyle Austin Marshall Fisher (thus my 2 last names) is 15 and going thru the 15 year old jerk stage of life. For some reason I don't remember you guys out there being jerks at 15. Oh well, because my oldest went thru the same thing I'm certain my youngest will grow out of it too. I have basically raised my boys my self so my answer is: You don't like Mom baby..time to move in with Daddy! HaHa Ho Ho HeHe. They always appreciate me so much more after living with Daddy for a while. Anyways, some gifts from God are a little harder to take than others- Lol. Works in progress.I am a professional Little Leage mom, can play a mean game of cars, gi joes and marbles. Outlawed green army men and lincoln logs from my home 12 years ago. Can build a fort out of anything any where. Taught my boys how to ride a bike, use a weapon and how to fish. Good thing I paid attention in Girl Scouts! Idahoans hated Californians when I moved here so it only took 58 job apps before I was hired as a bartender. Drinking age was 19 then. I helped change that. No place for a beach rat like myself as seemed like the party NEVER ended. After 8 years I hung up my bottles and became a Nail Technician and spent the past 20 years listening to women and filing thier nails. Sick of being locked inside all day every day I hung up my brush at Christmas and God has led me down a new path to a new business adventure that is truely fun as heck. We are the only ones that do this in the Valley legally and have pretty much zero competition. Because the California Developers have discovered this ar...Expand for more
ea and are developing it at such a rapid pace we have tons of work. We are Pre-Demolition Specialists. We go into properties set for demolition or controled burn and take everything from the light switches to the Barns in the back yard and resell the inventory to the public over the internet and thru the local newspaper. The potential is huge. Being that the biz is made up of 3 single moms and a dude we're starting out very carefully. We're building up capital and hoping to one day soon open a retail outlet for our inventory where we can store larger items too like tractors and such. My favorite part is stepping into these high roller developers 10 million dollar offices in my jeans, high heel boots, red nail polish and long blonde pony tail bopping in the wind and telling them they need to give me all the buildings on thier land to pre demo. Blows them away every time and they actually give me what I want. It keeps what they would put in our landfills out of the landfills and gives me the chance to salvage some of Boise's history and puts cash in all our pockets. We have discovered I can sell absolutly anything, especially if I don't know what it is to anyone. These farmers leave alot of stuff behind. Anyway, if any of you out there are investors our business is one you should take a look at investing in. Big picture tho is at the rate this valley is growing all of you should look into investing in property here. In the past 5 years property value here has increased 10 fold. A 4 bedroom house on 5 acres 5 years ago was maybe 100,000. Now it's worth atleast 350,000.00 plus you can sub divide the 5 acres and sell the lots for 100,000.00 each. It's nuts! Where was I when the land was cheep??? Oh that's right..Bartending!!!! Shoot!! Hope I don't sound like a comercial. Just sharing good info with you all. Anyway, I've missed last 2 reunions but don't plan on missing this years so please keep me updated guys. Remember..I live in Idaho...step 10 years back in time.Have missed ALL of you!
