My Spouse
I met Nate during a vacation on Grand Bahama Island in 1956. He was a blind date and I met him through my sister's boyfriend. We were married in March 1957. We are still married.
My Pets
Pokey is 10 years old and we adopted him from the Animal Shelter when he was 8 weeks old. He is a border collie mix. Pokey is very smart and weighs 80 pounds. He is a good watch dog. I keep my grandson's two tortoises called Biggy and Little Bit. They are ten years old and too big for me to pick up. They are Sulcata Desert Tortoises...Expand for more

We have four children. They all have computer jobs. Our oldest two children are married. Nate and I have two grandsons that are fifteen years old.
We live in Florida in a golf community but we do not golf. We pick up golf balls that land in our yard.
I enjoy gardening and the warm winters here in Orlando. We grow oranges, grapefruit and tangerines in our yard.
I have been elected to our Home Owner's Association 16 times. I keep our Orange Tree Property Owners's website. I have been in charge of the website for seven years.
