Loren's Story

After High School I attended the U of M for two years. I left Missoula in 1980. I was married and moved to Loveland, Co. The marriage was wrong and didn't last out the year. In 1981 I moved to Nashville, TN. to pursue a music career. In 1984, I was working in a textile factory around Nashville and lost all five fingers of my right hand. I quickly became left-handed :-) . In 1986 I became a born again Christian. Two years later I moved to Baton Rouge, LA to attend Jimmy Swaggart Bible College. e in 1989. I am now a minister on staff at Family Worship Center/Jimmy Swaggart Ministries as I have been since 1987. Hannah and I have four children and one grandchild. I became president of the Bible College in 1997. We are a small school but I love working and training the next generation of ministers and Christians. As well, I currently minister consistently around the US as well as taking care of the ministries and family at home. I make it back to Montana for several weeks each year to visit family and to take a breather from an active schedule. It's been a great journey! Loren L.
