the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord.
Therefore, Ephesians Chapter 4 tells us, it was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers. To prepare God’s people for work of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
For Jesus became not only our foundation, but our savior and Lord, and also our soon coming King. For the word says, in my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be where I am. John 14:2-3.
Our plea today is that everyone will turn to the Lord and confess your sins and allow him to be the chief corner stone in your life.".
