Lori's Story

Life I married Bob Kokotailo in 1977 we had 2 children and divorced in 1982.I had known Bill Tucker in high school and we met again in 1983 and we were married in 1984. I don't work at the time( I did have a job at a bookstore for almost 20 yrs but had to declare bankrupty in 1995) I love playing with my cats,reading,music...all kinds but not a lot of country!!Big Blues fan though.I am on my computer a lot, playing games, chatting with friends and buying online! Still live in Red Deer and my Mom is still in the house I grew up in.Moved to Calgary a few years but missed the small town feeling. I have a somewhat unexciting life but ...hey...lot's do!! I lost Bill in May 0f 2006 and have been busy fixing up the house and trying to finish his "to do" list of things he wanted accomplished. This is the first time in my life I have ever lived alo...Expand for more
ne and am still getting used to it..not so sure how I feel about it yet. . I have blown out my left knee(which has given me trouble for a few years)two times..first just before Christmas the just this month(Feb 2010)Both times i have been subjected to the dreaded Zimmer Imobilizer Splint..from thigh to ankle.I await an MRI and another surgeons visit. My daughter is in Calgary(she WAS a handfull...but is now a EMR studying to be an EMT..she teaches first aide and works as a security guard. Bob was really never part of their lives so they took it hard when Bill died as he raised them. Bill and I always said if one were to die we wanted the other to go on and find love again and be happy. I did a lot to our home that we had talked about(new windows and blinds, new shingling, paint, etc)I think he would be proud of me grilling contractors!!!
