Lorra's Story
Life
After working at various jobs - mostly in office settings - I went back to school in 1999 and have just completed my BA in elementary education. I look forward to teaching next year. I have 2 children, 20 and 24, both EMT's, both working on getting their paramedic certification. I have been married for 30 years in November to the same great guy - Mike. We met on a blind date set up by my cousin John and our first date was the homecoming dance in 1971.

r people raised their kids as humans and not wild animals. So now I have 3 grandsons and a new granddaughter born in August this year. Wouldn't trade them for the world. And yes, they are being raised with manners and caring for others.
My kids are both paramedics at this time. Amanda is a flight medic and Mark is a captain at GV Fire. Coincidentally, he was Officer of the Year this year. I am not working at the moment and am not sure I want to get back out in the world again. Still married to the same great guy, 39 years now. Chistmas wishes to all, December 2011.
