Lorraine's Story

Life I am US Customs Broker. I owned my own company for more than 20 years. Closed it 5 years ago and joined an Adam's classmate in his business. We work together, have lunch together, just like the old days (we met in the Cafeteria at a co-ed lunch table, in 1962) I live in Nassau county with my husband and step-son. I am a breast cancer survivor and love life and enjoy it more fully ever since . I love finding old f...Expand for more
riends and classmates. I love the oldies, cats, writing stories and poetry and my work. I am involved with the Long Island Poetry Scene. I belong to Performance Poets, The North Sea Poetry Scene, Farmingdale Poets and am on the BOD for the Long Island Poetry Collective. I host readings for Poets In Nassau, at the Bellmore Library. I feel I have a second chance at life and will live it to the fullest until it's over.
