Right now I'm volunteering, trying to lose weight, and find a part time job, we're redecorating every room in the house 1 room at a time. Busy with everyday life. Have gone on to find birth family in 1992 (male twins and a sister) and met them in 1993. This was a very interesting journey, an up and down emotional rollercoaster, many yrs later things have evened out and I see them regularly. I have 1 niece and 6 nephews from my birth family (I have a younger sister - she has a boy and a girl, but does not want contact so I don't count her children as niece and nephew) If I did there would be 2 nieces and 7 nephews. From my adoptive family I have 3 nephews and a niece. I love them all. It makes it interesting on the holidays!! Since then I've helped a couple of people find their birth families or told them how to go about it. At one point, Dr Phil show contacted me and wanted me to be on the show to tell my (our) story.
