Since graduating from PV High in 1969, I've attended Grinnell College in Iowa, traveled for a year in Latin America, worked in East LA as a pre-school teacher, obtained a BA from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, lived in Seattle and worked as a freelance construction paralegal since 1976. I've been married for 21 years to a guy from Torrance that I knew in high school. We have one child, a boy, currently attending The Ohio State University. My husband works at NBC and we live in La Canada. I ran into our ASB Prez, Greg Redlitz, at a picnic for incoming Grinnell students a couple of summers ago. It was interesting to talk with him after so many years. My other friend from PV High, Kate Waldo, only attended for one year and currently lives in Oregon and is an attorney. My best friend from those years, Barbara Laverty, committed suicide at the age of 20. You may recall that she was one of the National Merit Scholars from our year.
