Louis's Story
After high school I went to U of Md at College Park and than to U of Md Dental School. After graduating dental school in 1971 attended Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry and finished finished in 1973 as a Pediatric Dentist. I moved to Pittsfield Ma in the Berkshires of Western Ma. and opened a Pediatric Dental practice in 1973. My brother Steve joined me in 1980 and my daughter Lauren in 2009. We have a offices in Pittsfield and in Great Barrington Ma.( Our facebook is ypdforkids.) Although they eat lobster here and I miss the steamed crabs, It's been a wonderful life in the Berkshire Hills.
My wife Mary Ann and I have four children and seven grandchildren. A second marriage for both of us but have been together for 35 wonderful years. We love to travel and spend time wi...Expand for more
th family and friends. We also have a home on pleasant Bay in South Orleans, Ma on Cape Cod and enjoy spending time on the Cape as mush as possible.
Still enjoy working and look forward to gradually transitioning to part time and than what ever life has in store for us. I enjoy traveling, still working out at the gym, gardening/landscaping, and photography (louisyarmoskyphotography.com) . Have traveled giving lectures on dentistry and now involved with group out of Philadelphia that has developed a new salivary test for oral cancer.
Everyday is an adventure.
I retired from active practice in March of 2020 and moved full time to Cape Cod. Mary Ann are very happy and grateful for the joys life has afforded us. Looking forward to the adventures with friends and family that lay ahead
