Louise's Story
I love practicing yoga. I practice about 4 x's a week at a studio. Almost got into teaching. What drew me is the physical and the spirit aspects. I have become a very spiritual person as a result. I was always the cardio & weight nut at the gym but am so grateful for the change of direction in my life. And, I love to live life to the fullest. I am a very 'happy-go-lucky' type of person. I did get into skiing big time for many many years but eventually lost my interest (my expensive equipment going to waste!). I have 4 cats, 3 of which are MaineCoons. I love animals, and also I am a big garden enthusiast. I have a huge huge perinnial garden in my backyard, and recently last summer I got into roses. My last count were 18 of them. So needless to say this takes a lot of time. But it's well worth it.
