Life
The person I was for the first 70 years of my life irrevocably changed on April 18, 2012 with the death of my son Anthony, my only child. This was exactly 12 and one-half months after being diagnosed with leukemia. He would have been 32 in July of 2012. When he was diagnosed we were told he was fortunate to get his "type" of leukemia because there was a miracle drug. It wasn't a miracle for him. usive club that no one wants to join. Although Anthony had a live-in girlfriend for many years, they hadn't yet married and he had no children.
My husband and I and our son moved to International Falls, Minnesota in 1990. My husband and I are officially retired, but I do assist my former boss from home with people that are represented by his Law Firm. My husband and I still live in the Falls and spend much of the summer on the lake fishing.
