Hi: I'm a mother and grandmother who likes to cook and shop for stuff for gift giving. I like to shop for healthy interesting foods to prepare and share with my guests also; as I offer DVD workshops and courses in my home to my friends to unblock or inspire their creative process. In the past I was a musician and singer and now I'm a published poet. My chosen career was social work. I'm a stroke survivor, therefore I'm creative in attempting to bring friends and intersts to me, and welcome those in my home, who choose to share and grace their presence and time with me. I stretch my body and mind doing exercise, research and meditation. Now I'm a Creativity Coach, allowing mutual and beneficial friendships or health focused relationships. I'm encouraging and extending an invitation to view the various DVD'S, and the ensuing discussion groups.I gurantee it will be worth the effort, the social and intellectual outlet is of great value, at least to me and so many more. It is meant to be get togethers for support, for creative minds who like to share and impact others through volunteering, mentoring or other teaching and leadership roles. My guests are usually adults who enjoy group participation; who are seeking answers to life's questions, who are in touch with the child in them. So that's my story.
