Luann's Story

I enjoyed my four years at TFS and all the reunions I have attended. It is always great to see everyone and catch up. I am a proud mom of two super special sons, Johnathan and Andrew. I am blessed to be married to my best friend, Bob. I have lived in Florida since 1973 and love it! I enjoy walking, hiking, working in my yard and any activity that takes me outdoors, especially visiting our National and State Parks. I am an avid sports fan, too! Planning getaways and writing are my favorite pastimes! I have enjoyed the benefits of both the professional, as well as the volunteer and "domestic engineer" roles over the years. received monetary benefits, but so much more than money could ever buy! Some of my exciting adventures include racing my 10-foot boat from Miami to Bimini back in 1985. I was the only female :) I also spearheaded public art/murals locally and coordinated a statewide mural trail. I have volunteered in many organizations including therapeutic horseback riding, offshore powerboat/mini powerboat racing and parent groups/children with disabilities. One of my professional accomplishments was earning my real estate license. I am proud that I was able to help so many with one of the most important decisions in their lives. Now retired, I am enjoying this special season of my life and all it has to offer! I have been given the nickname "Taz". As you can gather, I am high energy and love living my life.
