Luba's Story
Was the lead singer in a Christian rock band, church choir member, soloist, etc. for many years. Got married. Had a son. Husband admitted he's gay after almost 5 yrs of marriage. Raised my son. Excelled in my job as an Instructional Designer - have been doing it now for over 25 yrs. Had a "wild" year when I was 40 (don't ask). Today I am a mature Christian (meaning I'm secure in my close relationship with the Lord). I don't judge people... I love them with the love and compassion that only comes from God. ieve there is wisdom to learn from all great leaders, regardless of their religion; however, that does not change what I know of My Savior. I avoid debates about politics or religion. I share what I know, I listen, and let God do the rest in the hearts of His people. I try to live a peaceful life. I found a dynamic church. I sing in the choir. I recently met a wonderful, peaceful, loving Christian man. My life has been full of extreme challenges, but God has been beside me all the way. He is so good to me.
