We’re almost there! Despite a poor weekend, we managed to inch closer to our goal and the end is in sight!
We did it! It wasn’t pretty but we made our goal today. $475 donated to American Cancer Society. Thank you for your support!
We did it! Got our mile done before it gets colder this afternoon and the wind kicks up. Only 3 more miles to go!
It took two walks again today but Markie definitely got his one mile in, and it was a little warmer, with no snow and less wind.
It took 2 shorter walks again today - plus a little shoveling -and a lot of layers!
It took a while but we finally got it done in the sun (22 degrees)!
It took two shorter walks because of “cold feet” but we finished up when the sun came out and it was a balmy 20 degrees.
We finally made it, in between the rain drops and snow flakes. Week # 2 is finished and I think we’re more than halfway to our total goal for the month.
How nice it is to walk in the warm sun!

Not our best walk, but we did it.
It took a little longer today, but we finally did it!
We didn’t do too well today because of the snow, but we have 8.70 miles so far for January.. Only 22.3 miles to go!
Better late than never (and it’s a teeny bit warmer)
Markie didn’t want to stay out too long this morning. We’ll have to go out this afternoon when hopefully it will be a little warmer.
