Hello,I am Lydia Dominguez (),married name.DOB 07/09/1944.So yes, I am a baby boomer.I was born in Laredo Texas.I was 6 years old when we moved to Corpus Christi.Attended Stephen F .Austin Elementary.Passed on to Ella Barnes Jr. Hi.Finished 7th grade there,and then we moved to Prescott Village.1956-1959 . I attended Cunningham Jr. Hi. I can honestly say those were some of my happiest days of my teenage years.Some of my classmates during that time: Yolanda Garcia,Mary Alice ,,Irma Torres,Mary Alice ,Yolanda Valdez,Estela Garcia, Eva Garcia, Mary Lou ,,Ramona,.Yolanda Port ales Deana Rodriquez,Diana Smith,.and quite a few more.I was in the marching band for two years ,played clarinet. I ran for cheerleader in the 8th grade voted 2nd place practiced cheer leading all the summer before my 9th grade,and guess what? My one and only brother Manuel( i have 8 sisters),pulled me out of the squad because my mom became very ill,and I was not allowed to go out .I need to stay home after school and help at home. I was so UPSET!!!.It is all buried a long time ago.
