Lydia's Story
Life
Here's what has happened to me in the past 30 years.
I have three children, two girls and a boy. My oldest is 24 and my youngest is 21 years old. I am a grandmother, 9 grandchildren so far with the 10th on the way. My husband was married before I met him and he had three girls from that marriage. So 7 of my grandchildren are through his girls and now my kids are starting to have babies too.
After high school I went into the Air Force where I learned Electronics and Software Design. My husband and I moved to Florida in 1986 and bought the business where we worked. I went to one class reunion in 1986. I don't know if there have been any other reunions. I would love to see everyone again, so let me know if you decide to get together.

I was in Europe on a business trip and got to make a side trip to Denmark for the weekend. It was great to see Eileen, meet her husband, kids and grandkids and see the country. (Eileen and Harry -Thanks for great memories ... the silver necklace handmade by Eileen, your hospitality, your family, the conversation, the countryside, the food, the licorice, did I mention your excellent hospitality, the visit was fantastic!!)
The visit with Eileen was right after Tracy (McCormick) and her husband (Vern) came to Florida from Ohio. It was their 25th anniversary and we had one terrific week of catching up on each others life.
My only other contact was email started through Classmates with LaRetta (DeKnikker) who now lives in Arkansas.
Looks like we have all spread our wings - but it is nice to stay in touch.
