Lynda's Story
Life ..... 2008
After graduating, I married Joe Horton (also class of 73). I worked for Union Bank as a loan officer for 13 years before we decided that I would stay home with our (then) 2 boys. We had a 3rd son in 1989 for a grand total of 3 GREAT BOYS!! We settled in Canyon Lake, CA where we could enjoy waterskiing and boating right at home! Joe and I enjoyed 18 very happy years together before he was tragically killed in a bicycle accident in 1994. I stayed on in Canyon Lake with my sons and met a wonderful man, Chris, and we have been married 12 years. He has a daughter, so we have 4 kids between us. We have one grandson (from my oldest son) and he is the love of my life!!! I currently am a M...Expand for more
anager for Curves and also continue working with music. I play piano for several highschool music programs, my church praise team, weddings etc. It is fun, keeps me very busy and out of trouble...haha! Life is good....and even though tragedy came to us, the Lord has been so good and has blessed us tremendously through it all!!!!
Update...6/8/11..... Youngest son Chris just graduated from Cal State Fullerton. He is engaged to be married in Nov of this year. We also have a new grandaughter, Aubrie. She is a little beauty!!!
Update May 2023
We now have 7 grandkids. So blessed! Life is good. Still playing keys for my church praise team and still playing piano for 2 community chords groups.
