Lynda's Story
My first job was at Royal Bank Lakeview, where I got paid $2,200.00 a year to be a clerk. What I remember most about it is Ontario Hydro Pay Day .
My husband David and I have just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. David was in the Military and we were stationed in Gagetown New Brunswick, from there we were posted to Germany for 3 years (had a fabulous time traveling) from there we were posted to London Ontario for 5 years then back to Gagetown. Petawawa was our next stop and from there North Bay. In 1985 we were posted to Ottawa where we lived until 2002. We now live in Beachburg Ontario in the Ottawa Valley.

le Scottie Dog Molly Stewart is the cutest little dog. She will be 2 years old in October. I also have 2 cats named Chloe and Wynney.
Sharon Tench and I lived on the same street in Lakeview, Strathy Avenue. My sister Gayle and Sharon's sister Laura are still best friends. Gayle and I also have a sister names Sheila and the 5 of us call ourselves the Strathy Ave Girls. We take a photo every few years in the same pose as the first one taken in 1971. Gayle, Sheila and I also had a brother arrive in 1962 his name is James he lives in Scarborough. Gayle lives in St. Mary's and Sheila lives in Pt. Sydney, so we are pretty spread out.
