Lynda is from Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Lynda is married with Richard Rood. Lynda's schools include Manzano High School. Lynda later attended CNM Central New Mexico Community College. Lynda works(ed) with the Patriot Guard Riders, Inc..

More about Lynda:"I was raised as an Air Force "Brat", being born in San Antonio, Tx. I lived in Anchorage, Alaska, dad was at Elemdorf Air Base. From there we were sent to Sacramento, Ca. to McClellan Air Base. I arrived here in NM on March 7, 1962. Dad was stationed at Sandia Base ( now all Kirtland). I met my husband, Rich Rood, while we were in high school, at Manzano, and we have been married since Oct. 11, 1969.

raised with just about any type of animal, I worked with Wild-Life Rescue for 11 years. My favorites, though, are horses, and dogs, especially Border Collies. I have trained and shown horses, both Western and English over the years. A car accident, and the economy have done away with my horses. I now ride a Can-Am Spyder, which is a lot of fun. I have ridden it when the Patriot Guard has had a mission in town.
I worked for many years with my husband in our business, TCB Corp.. We first built homes, but now he and our son do demolition work; both residential and commercial; for over 40 years now. Our daughter, and our grandsons have also worked with Rich.
Rich and I have a son and daughter, 6 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. Our youngest grandson is in the Army.
