Lynda's Story
I was Lynda Whitten in school and graduated in 1968. I married my highschool sweetheart, divorced 4 years later and moved just north of Atlanta to Marietta, Georgia. I worked as an Ad. Min in the corporate world for about 15 years and then went into interior design. I married in 1980, the marriage included a little boy, my son Chad and later we adopted a precious little girl Morgan. Both my children are married, and they have three children between them ALL BOYS !! I have a grand niece and nephew that are also my babies. I adore my babies, and they are soo much fun. I sold my interior design business in 1996, became involved in the olympics in Atlanta and later started a business with my brother in the event and venue management business. ...Expand for more
For the past 11 years I have been managing and outdoor amphitheater, built in 1932. I do about 65 shows a summer, artists vary, from BB King, Tim McGraw, Zac Brown, Moody Blues, etc. I love it. I am off all winter and I LOVE the holidays, all holidays. I am divorced, again, but happy. I have a wonderful man in my life, TJ and we have fun. I own a cute ranch, cottage in Powder Springs, Ga., I have 2 dogs, an Old American dingo and a mini Schnauzer. I love to garden, decorate, read, entertain my family and friends and sunsets!! LIFE IS GOOD!!!! i haven't been to Greenville in 10 years or so, it has grown sooooo much and Greenville High has changed, but still beautiful. I would love to hear from anyone that remembers me.
