Lynette's Story

Has it really been 20 years? Time has just flew by. I have been married to Fred Hasse for 18 of them. He's a great guy and I hope to be married to him for many, many more years. We have 4 kids. Kelsey is 17, Tucker is 14, Kassie is 11 and Brendan is 4. We seem to be the hang out house so it's fun to have a bunch of loud and roudy kids here. Kelsey is finishing her junior year and ready to be on top of the chain as a senior. She is heading for Mexico with her youth group in a few short weeks on a mission trip. I think this might be what her future holds. She has a heart for kids and sharing the gospel. Football is all Tucker lives for. He will be a freshman and get to play highschool ball. It's one of my favorite things to do is watch him play. The season always seems to short. Kassie is going to be in the 6th grade in the fall and just like here sister, glad to be on top. She also loves to play soccer. She made it on the premiere team this last season and had the time of her life. I love to watch her play too. I never thought I'd love to watch so much sports but I do. Brendan keeps us all busy. He came to us by God's design. He pucked him out of his horrific original life and gave him to us. His adoption was final may of last year. He's truely a Hasse now. What a pistol he is! He is so active and curious. Thats a crazy combination! He's...Expand for more
fun though and he loves is bro and big sissy's. He is one tough kid. The big boys love to play with him so he plays pretty rough. Maks me cringe. I usually have to leave the room and just wait for the tears than come to the rescue. You'd be suprised how many times it's the big kids with the tears and not B! I have had the privalige of being a stay at home mom. Fred has worked very hard to give me that opportunity. I really have loved it. I do need my "vacations" and he gives me those too. I take odd jobs every now and then but between 4 kids, someone is always sick or needing me some how and bosses just don't like to be second or third on the list. So I stay home for the most part. I feel like it is what God made me for. I have the opportunity to have time for my girls friends and I get to be a mentor to them. That is such a gradifying experience. I don't think Tucker's friends treat me the same. They just like my cookies and anything else that comes in a food type! However, I do love to feed them and just be a part of their life. My life is very crazy. It seems difficult at times to get away with Fred on a date. (I almost forgot what that was!!) But this is the season to raise our kids and hopefully guide them to be who God created them to be. I look forward to catching up with my old friends. So please feel free to send me a message.
