I finally decided to join this little group out of pure curiosity. This is always the hard part of any site like this.....writing about myself. But here it is... I ended up in Traverse City after living in Daytona Beach and then Atlanta, Georgia for more than twelve years. I have five children and my youngest son has just graduated from high school. It will seem strange to be living alone in the fall after all the commotion of the last twenty years of raising kids by myself. But what a ride it has been!! I wouldn't change any part of the last twenty years even if I could. I am in critical care at the medical center in TC, spending most of my time in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care setting with open heart patients. I live in a great house high on a hill in TC and have been fortunate enough to be able to vacation in some great spots.
