Thank you to my wonderfully kind and loving son. You were the reason I celebrated my first Mother’s Day.
Oh my gosh, my beautiful great granddaughter is going to prom. How did we get here so fast?

My sister-in-law, who currently resides in Ireland, planted a few bulbs as a memorial to Tom. She sent this picture of the tulips blooming. Thank you sweet lady for remembering him in such a thoughtful way.
My two daughters and their husbands visited this weekend. They brought food, hugs, tears, laughter and joy. Thank you God.
Flowers sent for my birthday by my sweet sister-in-law, Virginia, on Tommy’s behalf. I don’t know how or when he arranged this, but I am so appreciative of his love and thoughtfulness. Gone but never forgotten.
Woke to temps in the 20s this morning. Curtis knew what would go with coffee and sausage cheese biscuits.
This handsome man is celebrating his birthday today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY my love.
Both Christmas Cactus are loaded with blooms. I am renaming them Birthday Cactus because they should be in full bloom by January 30!
Begonias on deck are so pretty this morning. I will enjoy them until the first freeze.
After two years of separation because of COVID rules, we are getting together again! We were best friends at Moreland Avenue Baptist Church when we were teenagers.
This has become my favorite part of setting up for Christmas. Painted in 1960 by my Mom and brother.
Daughter and son-in-law took me to Lily Bridge over Tennessee’s Obed River this morning. Beautiful view. I thank God for my family.
Thanks Jane Conn for sending this photo taken by Connie Moss at one of the EAH annual barbecues in Brownwood Park. Fun day in the park with some great folks.
First tomato from the garden for lunch today.
I have a few of these precious ladies in my life. I am blessed.
Tonight’s pickins from the garden.
Daughters are just too much fun.
Happy son’s day to our one and only. So proud of him.
