Lynne's Story

I need to update my story. My husband of 22.5 years died on August 3, 2015, very quickly, due to severe heart disease. He was much older than I so it was not unexpected. I'm doing okay and just wanted to share this with you my classmates from so long ago. Hope you have found peace, love and joy in your lives. Hi, as you know I am from Mason City, Iowa and graduated in 1968, the year that changed the world. I am married for 23 years, no kids, 11 dogs--10 chihuahuas and one 80 pound boy! .I got my AA in nursing first, then later attended Bethel University for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and University of Phoenix for a Master of Science in Nursing. 10. Since 2007 I have been active in dog rescue. This site is happyhoundrescue.org We live outside a town of 3000 in the far NW suburbs of the Twin Cities. I enjoy vegetarian cooking and am back to the size I was in HS believe it or not. This is from the previous format: Music she likes includes Paul McCartney, The Beatles, Johnny Cash. Books she likes include Michner, Pearl Buck and so many other authors I can't write them here. . Movies she likes include Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Beverly Hills Chihuahua. TV shows she likes include Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent. One of Lynne's favorite quotes is:"'People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it.' Chinese Proverb".
