Manuel's Story
Manuel's schools include Westport High School. He later attended Los Angeles City College. I worked at Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Dept. (Retired since 2006).
TV shows Manuel likes include Castle. Still alive, living in Miami, Florida. Married to my one and only wife, lover, companion, and lately, caregiver. Nowadays, I'm confined to a wheelchair. To this day, not much is known for sure about P.D. No wonder it is known as Idiopathic.
But doctors can and do help you sustain a reasonably comfortable quality of life. Yet, the malady goes on, rapidly accelerating, day by day, until the ailing body and the crumbling mind are annihilated, But, like in the movie, "The Titanic"
the orchestra keeps on playing, so we play, we drink, we eat, since there's no sense in crying. Be well, be happy and, for heavenâs sake, donât you loose the sense of humor.
I donât dance anymore but still I love jazz instrumentals and vocals, my favorite melodies: Stardust & Stormy Weather.
