Marc's Story
Life
After high school I went to college for a year and realized it was not for me. I then got a job on the railroad, did that for about ten years traveling around the states working and enjoying most every minute. Then I found a new job working with Wade Martin, Ellen's oldest brother, as a utilities inspector, for various utilities in several states, and have secured a job as supervisor for a crew in the L.A. area. Now I reside in Corona, California, and yes the weather is as nice as advertised! The scenery isn't bad either. I was very shocked and happy to see how many of my old/current friends were on this site. Well that's my story till now. Hope to hear from lots of you. Marc Stephen Martinez!
P.S. I have been here what two years, and none of you dorks have contacted me, outside of the ones I am still in contact. So just drop me a line, I am not going to stalk you, just want to catch up, and remenice(? spelling) or some goofy stuff like that!

one year of college and getting screwed out of my football scholarship to U of Wyoming I found a job on the railroad. I worked for the railroads for about 11 years. I traveled an incredible amount. Except for Hawaii & Alaska, I have worked in every state west of the Mississippi! Enjoying every place except Texas. I knew it was time to look for another job when I got furloughed one fall. I then lucked into my job that I currently hold. Immediately, I moved to California to start working as a utilities inspector. I know who knew there was a job that consisted of drilling into telephone poles and checking for rot or termites or any decay. Well three years, several thousand utility poles and alot of miles later I now am a supervisor of my own crew of guys that inpect for me. I make more money than I ever did on the railroad, have a great boss(Ellen martin's brother Wade), and really enjoy my job!! Well thanks for checking up on me. Hope everyone for G-S is doing great because I am.
