Marc's Story

MARC L. RUBENSTEIN Born in Miami, FL. he moved to Dallas, Texas as a young man. Marc completed his schooling in Plano, Texas and later studied Business and Economics at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. In the mid 1980¿s Marc was associated with a restaurant and night club management consulting group. He and his crisis management team turned around troubled restaurants and night clubs in Texas, GA, and FL. Moving to Southern California in the mid 1990¿s, Marc formed a successful Business Equipment lease funding company which contracted over $50 million in leases to a major lease funding company in Dallas, Texas. Living in Beverly Hills, CA Marc was intrigued with the film and television industry and became associated with an overseas specialty lighting company. cademy Awards Ceremonies. Later that year, Marc was responsible for setting up US distribution for a glare free traffic safe road construction light, which he presented the product to the US Dept. of Transportation. Successfully completing a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract Vehicle on his own, he was able to penetrate the product to Federal Agencies and many Departments¿ of Transportation on a State level. Recently, Marc was in charge of operations for the Western United States for an East Coast Government Contracting firm. He consulted with companies for strategic alliances as well as new business development for GSA purchase contracts. Currently, Marc is the President of his own Government Contract Consulting firm in Beverly Hills, California, where he has formed his own Family of Federal Supply Contractors.
