Life
marcea...single still,blessed,no kids,living in richmond,ca.,working at childrens hospital in oakland as a clinical laboratory scientist,7yr survivor of breast cancer,2yr. survivor of a stroke, and also 2yrs post kidney transplant..doing very well.
graduated from la sierra in 1978. worked in so.ca. about 11yrs, moved back to the bay area 1988. bought a home this spring.love to travel..volunteer with the CALIFORNIA TRANSPLANT DONOR NETWORK,appreciate life to the fulle...Expand for more

Workplace
i work in a very negative environment, but i know i am here to save a childs life and that helps me to stay here knowing that i make a difference in keeping someone alive.
everyone thinks i should leave and find a happier place, but i believe that the same problems exist no matter where you are. this job keeps me on my knees and in a state of prayer.
