Marci's Story
HI THERE!
I live in the California Bay Area and have since 1967. I am married to a wonderful man who is also my best friend and prayer partner. We've been married 53 years! We have 5 very neat children, ages 52 years to 27 years old. And 15, yes, fifteen!! grandchildren who are all very smart, beautiful or handsome, they are the hope of our future.
It seems like only yesterday I enjoyed special friends, foot ball games, the beautiful campus and wonderful teachers at Coronado. I will continue to treasure those special memories. I can't believe how fast time flies. ...Yikes!
While we have enjoyed our occasional trips back to Scottsdale; we especially enjoy vacationing in Palm Springs and Kauai. We've also experienced a recent trips to Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Viet Nam, and India, I've traveled to Tahiti, Mexico, Ar...Expand for more
gentina & Europe and the Mediterranean. We've also spent time in China and Russia!
Among many other things I enjoy, I homeschool our youngest son. He is active in Speech & Debate. This summer he placed 5th in the nation in a speech competition as a 1st year speech student!
I remember moving to Scottsdale in 1954 when my parents opened an Indian Arts & Crafts Shop on Main Street that sold handmade Indian Jewelry. At that time there were only three stores in Scottsdale that sold Sterling Silver Indian Jewelry!
