Marcia's Story
Life
For the past 30 years I have been living in small mountain towns close to Aspen Colorado -- I came out originally after college to spend a few years living in the mountains as a ski bum but it quickly became my home. I met my husband (we just celebrated our 32nd anniversary - no way can we be that old!), attended graduate school, spent 15 years as a counselor and psychology teacher at our local community college, then worked as a substitute teacher for 5 years (K-12). tired from my airline job with United Express at the Vail airport and continue to love the travel benefits! Over the past 10 years we have been to Australia, London, Paris, Costa Rica, Mexico, Italy, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Germany, Japan, Thailand, Argentina, China, Tahiti and all over the United States (especially Hawaii!). Along the way we had three incredible children, now 28, 23 and 17yrs old, that always keep us busy and challenged to say the least.
