Marcia's Story
Life
I am living in New Orleans as I have since 1957 not long after I finished nursing school.Went to flight nurse school via the ANG and got my wings. Have two boys and a girl, and one grandson--what a joy. Am still working--triaging calls for a hospice in New Orleans and one in Texas, and for Tenet Healthcare here-no rest for the wicked!.
Am looking forward to hearing for y'all.

ved Katrina, but my home did not! I left Sunday morning befor the storm came through early Monday morning. Decided when I heard the hospital down the street was being evacuated, it was time to go. As usual, only took photographs, important papers (pre-packed), three day change of clothes (the usual), lap-top computer, drinking water and the cat. As the world knows, we couldn't get back into the house until October! The rest is history, but still being written.
