Margaret's Story
Life has always been great to me...
I would not ever trade experiences or friends I met in High School
There are quite a few friends whose memories I still hold close to my heart for various reasons
I would love to see or hear how Ronnie Crowe is doing, Barb Hudak, Sharon Frantz, Mike Griffith, Cindy Singly ( Griffith) and even Eddie Hitt who is my daughters God father
Now I have grown in more ways than one, little ole skinny me is now
A little older a whole lot fatter, married and I have 4 kids -
3 boys they are (18- EMT,23- Disney Cast Member Florida/Public Library when home here) &{29>Dept.Manager- married with 2 sons}----- 1 Girl (27>Elem. school teacher, On Staff At Goucher College, Teaches online courses for Goucher- married-1 son, 1 daughter and another son due the end of May 2008)
I currently do a lot of fund raising ...I am now working on raising funds for Ms Merle Bolger who runs a year round Food Pantry here in Essex, she feeds hundreds of people through Eastern Interfaith on Orville Rd In Essex...I have single handedly gotten her 3oo lbs of chicken free, now I need to raise money so she may buy some essentials that families need, meats, dairy, health & hygeine needs...so hey if you want to donate get in touch --with me or her, she is non profit and all donations are 100% tax deductible....Tell her Marge sent you
I always wanted to be a NUN when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a GREAT idea. As it turns out, they were SO VERY VERY WRONG.
It was much more fun just being a TEENAGER and enjoying every minute of it
My Hero of course was my DA...Expand for more
D,who never missed a days work and only had 1 eye ( he lost the other in the service)..and my MOM who did everything with us girls, she was our softball coach, bowling coach and always kept us busy with crafts etc.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Ronnie Crowe, because when I needed those teddy bear hugs there he was, when I needed a lift , there he was ....
I am obsessed with all the reality shows and I have finally learned the game of FOOTBALL and I love it !!
My biggest surpises in life were my children, I raised them by myself for many years, until I remarried...They all turned out to be proud men and a wonderful young woman and beat all odds, adversities and statistics.
My kids have taught me that so long as I am always, respectful, truthful and honest with them , that they will also give me the same in return. I have learned that patience and tolerance bonded with these are major building blocks to a strong family bond
If I won $100 million, I'd give $10 million of it to the Food Pantry, then spend the rest on my grandchildren and children, mother and sisters and then my husband and myself.
My current age is 52. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be VERY OLD. I was so completely WRONG.
My best friend would tell you I'm a lot of fun, that I am also an activist, always helping others, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as Crazy.
Ha Ha Ha ..still barefoot, ...love cutoffs, tee shirts, anything comfortable and can only reminisce about the days of mini skirts and size 6, or 8 or 10's
