Margaret's Story
After I married Jesse, I had 3 daughters. Now I have 8 grandchildren, 5 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. Jesse LaFond and I divorced after 21 years. I worked in security for the last 20 years and about 9 years ago I became ill and can no longer work. I live in a little town called Surprise AZ but it is growing by leaps and bounds. My daughters live nearby as do all of my grandchildren. My grandson will be coming home from Iraq in about 6 weeks and we are all so glad about that. the Med Corp in the Marines. I have had 4 graduate from high school and 4 more to go. I am so proud, my girls graduated from high school, two from college. One owns her own business, one is an MA and the other works for the state. They are all doing a fine job in their fields. I graduated from high school, went to college and got my Business Certificate, got my Secretarial Certificate and got my Associates in Business. I am very proud of the life I have lived and I don't think I would change a thing about it.
