Margaret's Story
Been quite a journey since 1963! Started with 2 years of college. Then I got married! We bought a house in hauppauge and had 4 children. In 1975 I got divorced. In 1978 I married a farmer from Riverhead. I became a true farmers wife and I sold the produce my husband grew at our farm stand. We bought a house in Riverhead where I still live. arm in 2001 and I got a job working for the Town of Riverhead where I am still employed. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my kids and grandkids! (There are 9 of them). I still cook Sunday dinner for whoever is able to come. I also am blessed to have wonderful friends.
Unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2010 and lost his battle this past May.
