Margaret's Story
Life
After a long, sometimes weird trip on life's "autobon" I am currently residing in Edgewood in the house that I grew up in. My greatest accommplishment in life is probably my children. Grant is a graduate from Maryland, Rebecca graduated from UOP and George Washington Law School. Kristen has graduated from Towson University. I work at a Fine Arts Gallery in Pikesville. My second best accomplishment are my friends, many who I have kept in touch with over the years. My favorite thing to do is getting together with friends every two weeks or so, go to dinner and be happy. Love to hear from classmates and share their experiences.
College
College of Notre Dame represents the most productive years of my life. I felt completely focused, extremely happy and challenged to succeed. It was the best money I ever spent on anything in my life. I always wanted to be a n archeologiest when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a ridiculous idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
I really had more than one person that I admired growing up. They were such diverse people I used to believe that I had some sort of disorder. As it turns out, I just saw things in such panorama that I liked many people for many different reasons. I still have so much I want to see and do. I think I missed my opportunity for a long term relationship, but I am so grateful that I was able to oversome my disapointments and make the most of what I was blessed with; children, good friends and a passion for learning.
I hope to use my experiences to help children understand that if we were meant to dwell in the past, our 'freaking' eyes would be in the back of our heads.
Oh, yeah. I still have a rather weird sense of humor!!
