Margaret (Maggie) Rodgers:  

I left Sonoma on June 1, 1961 for Reno Nevada and got married, then drove on to Fort Wayne, Ind where I was mostly barefoot and pregnant for the next five years.I had three children, Debi, David and Lisa. Finding marriage not all I thought it would be ( after all what do you know at 17)and after washing diapers for seven straight years in a row I became very dis-enchanted and divorce followed. I returned to California to "Mama" in 1969. I went to work at Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek in 1970 as a Medical Record Technician and after seven years ended up in the Business Office as a records abstractor. I enhanced my education during this time at Contra Costa Community College to increase my knowledge in the medical field.I remarried again only to have it fail also. I spent several years living footloose and fancy free enjoying the single life.Took up scuba diving which I decided would be the one most dangerous thing I would do in my life.Had plans to visit all the exotic places in the world when cupid found me again. I never dove beyond Carmel. Two more children followed (Trinity) and (Jeremiah) another divorce, and I set off for the unknown in Phoenix, Az with my children in tow searching for whatever.
