Marge's Story
Marge Josephson is Vice President of Human Resources and Operational Services at Bay City Capital and has been with the firm since its formation in June 1997. Ms. Josephson is responsible for a variety of roles including Human Resources, Contract Management, Purchasing, Facilities, and IT coordination. Ms. Josephson currently sits on a global committee of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association as Global Committee Chair of Volunteer Engagement and guiding engagement teams. Ms. Josephson also sits on the Finance Committee and Marketing committees for the Crescent City Consortium.
